Web Grill Outlet will accept returns and issue a credit for up to 30 days with prior authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable. Products must be unused and in new condition. All included parts, accessories, and instructions must be returned to get a full refund. Warranty claims must be made to the manufacturer. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest shipping insurance.
